This class is a series of lessons that have helped me during my dance career and in my recovery from injury. These classes have also been beneficial to some of my clients with foot pain such as plantar faciitis, lack of balance, and recovery from sprains and fractures.
I do not claim to be a physiotherapist or a doctor. This method has helped me more than any other approach I have tried over the years, so I decided to become a practitioner to share its benefits with you.
