For those unfamiliar with my approach, I emphasize awareness as a pathway to immediate transformation in everyday life. Think of it as akin to a meditative practice, but one that actively improves posture, breathing and movement efficiency.

By applying principles of neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to change – through gentle and mindful motion, participants can redefine their relationship with their bodies in motion within their environment, rekindling joy in their favourite activities.

Stop correcting your breathe! Instead, be curious about how you breathe and together we will explore all the possibilities and potential of breathing.

You will find the breathing that suits you best. You will experience it. You will not do it to please the teacher or to follow an instruction or protocol.

Find well-being and inner power through breathing! The new posture will emerge from deep within you.

You will breathe and hold yourself in a certain way because it makes you feel good in a natural, organic way.

Not because someone else told you it was good for you.
