When you focus on the problem, your nervous system is too smart; It will go in protective mode and this could actually make things worse.
That’s why I like to go through the back door.
So to calm down, and relax we will do something else.
You will lay down on a mat or a folded blanket, and I will guide you through gentle breathing and eye movement explorations.
You will have a new connection with yourself. A sense of well-being difficult to describe.
