This class series includes lessons that I have found helpful for myself and clients to help retrieve more mobility, stability and ease in ankles and foot movement. It is an opportunity to know yourself better to better understand what’s happening in your movement patterns that could inhibit maximum efficiency.
This class will offer you time to bring more awareness and make better connections from head to toe, and from the pelvic floor to the feet. This will allow you to better spread the movement effort throughout all of yourself, so you can fully enjoy walking, hiking or even dancing!
Note that I do not pretend to be a physical therapist or a physician. The Feldenkrais® Method has helped me more than any other approach to heal chronic pelvic pain, recover from car accidents (yes, more than one) and a shoulder surgery. I have been teaching movement for 35 year and have chosen to continue in this profession in order to share its benefits with as many people as possible.
