Many clients, friends and acquaintances have reached out during the pandemic complaining about back pain. I decided to put together a series of lessons that have helped many clients get out of pain and improve their quality of life.
Note that I do not pretend to be a physical therapist or a physician. The Feldenkrais® Method has helped me more than any other approach to heal chronic pelvic pain. I have chosen this profession in order to share its benefits with as many people as possible.

Please fine a comfortable place to lie on the floor for this class, ideally on a mat or blanket. If this is not a possibility or brings discomfort, you can lie on a firm bed.
