Moshe Feldenkrais

Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) — The Method was developed by engineer, physicist and martial artist Moshe Feldenkrais. He authored many books that pioneered the study of the relationship between consciousness and movement. The breath, vitality and precision of his work and Method has seen it applied in the fields of neurology, psychology, performing arts, sports and rehabilitation.
