The training includes a lot of awareness exercises in order to help you notice movement patterns, improve range of motion, and bring “finesse” to your motion.
Also available are workshops for the workplace to enhance employees’well-being and productivity.
Coaching can involve working in the studio or on your apparatus and analyze the quality and efficiency of the motion. It can also involve a hands-on approach or/and Awareness Through Movement lessons.
Certifications: ACSM, FMS, TRX, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Yoga.
